We worked for the most part with JD and our experience was second to none. JD was respectful throughout the process and we always felt he was listening to what we needed and were looking for. At one point another customer was also looking at the same vehicle (Renault Trafic) and still, we never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision, which we really appreciated.
Purchasing a work vehicle was a big move for our family as we grow our business and I am so grateful for the experience we had thanks to JD and the whole team at Byrne.
They will be our first choice when we are in the market to buy another vehicle.
