  I have been made to feel awkard and embarrassed on my last two visits to this store- Once three months ago when I tried to buy 2 bottles of Nurofen for Kids (2y+) at once so I could give one to the grandparents when they babysit and keep the other at home.. I was queried by the assistant and then the pharmacist as to why I wanted two bottles, in front of several customers, before being told I couldn't buy two bottles at once. It was embarrassing and I felt like a criminal, leaving the store without making a purchase. Second time occurred today 12/08/17 around 2pm when trying to buy Voltaren Rapid 25 for a shoulder/scapula pain from exercise. The assistant asked for my details and I asked if that was necessary for Voltaren. She huffed off and said something to the pharmacist who then came out and passively aggressively asked for my drivers licence (I don't have one) and informed me that Voltaren Rapid 25 is a Schedule 3 drug and a drivers licence is the requirement for purchasing it. I left the store politely and went to Chemist Warehouse Chermside for the first time ever (love this store!) and was given the Voltaren once I left my name and address. I will not return to the Kedron store even though it is very convenient for me as the customer service at the pharmacy counter has made me feel like I am breaking the law when purchasing over the counter medications such as nurofen for kids and Voltaren Rapid 25.
