  Friend lives here and is always complaining that everything is broken: dangerous elevator always breaking down, the pool tiles were broken for over a year, and pool shut for another year to fix, rooftop seating/cushions either stained/torn or cheap replacements in weird colours, sewer system backs up into the underground carpark every time it rains, bits falling off the doors and walls, apartments all having dishwashers and fittings breaking down, foyer smells like rubbish bins, etc, it's just wild. Cheaply maintained and poorly run by overseas management company with mixed English skills (I'm Asian too so I can comment on this as mine not so great either). Avoid, avoid, avoid!

  The new restaurant on level 5 “Wilde & Co” is absolutely outstanding! Amazing customer service and serves the best pasta in Brisbane! 10/10

  We lived in Haven for 4 years and LOVED it. Cracking location and the property managers are lovely to deal with. Michelle and Edrick were always so friendly, helpful and accomodating (even giving our dog lots of treats). If we ever had problems Michelle was super fast to reply, full of great advice and always got the issue sorted quickly or provided great recommendations. We'll miss you guys!
