  Please be actually helpful to your customers instead of serving one person out of two waiting at the counter together but wanting to pay separately for their purchases, then ignoring the second person and going off to make a coffee without acknowledging their presence or letting them know you appreciate them making the time to come to your business to spend their money. I'd suggest making the coffee after you served the second person of the group so the second person isn't standing around waiting to be served, and also ignored by the second employee, having the lack of attention to ask "who's next?" when a few more customers come into the store while I'm standing there waiting for you to serve me after we just discussed prices of some of the items. Also it might be a good idea to train yourself and your young employees in customer service, so that they don't ignore customers waiting to buy food for prioritising folding boxes instead.
  Do you want people coming to your business and not being offered basic customer service? Because they wont come back again, quite simply put.
  Lastly a comment about the quality of the food, really not worth the higher than average prices it costs.
